Your passport must have at least 6 months of remaining validity
All official documents (birth, marriage, criminal record, etc.) must have been issued within the last 6 months prior to the application dates
If the criminal background check shows a minor record, the application may require additional review, resulting in different fees and longer processing times.
▼ Documents for Permanent Residency
The majority of the documents required for Permanent Residency are obtained locally by our experts. To finalize your application, Paraguayan regulations require proof of financial solvency. This condition can be met by obtaining your local tax ID (RUC) and declaring income for at least 3 months, or via other official methods defined by the Migraciones portal. Our team then provides personal assistance for the final in-person filing of your application.

As part of the Paraguay entry requirements, an International Certificate of Vaccination against Yellow Fever is required only for travelers aged 1 to 59 who depart from, transit through, or stay in the specified yellow fever risk areas for more than 24 hours (per Ministerial Resolution No. 268 – dated May 9, 2025).
